Richard Mille RM16-01

At 2019 SIHH, Richard Mille introduced its most playful collection, the Bonbon collection. The Bonbon collection is a 10 Richard Mille models with only 30 limited-pieces made of each model. The RM16-01 Fraise has a tonneau shaped case that is 50.2 x 38 mm in surface area and 9.88mm thick. The bezel is made of carbon TPT, the caseback is made of Red Quartz TPT and the caseband is a mix of the two materials to create a smooth transition between the two. It has a skeleton that dial is made of grade 5 titanium with grey titalyt treatment and features sublime candy pieces and a date window. The vibrant candy pieces are hand painted in acrylics and lacquer with an enamel sugaring effect to create a realism art pop design. The Richard Mille Fraise is powered by the self-winding RM16-01 caliber that has skeletonized movement with an adjustable geometry rotor, date functionality and a power reserve of 55 hours. The delectable case is paired with a yellow rubber bracelet with a double fold over titanium and rose gold closure. It has a water resistance of 30 meters (98 feet).
