Return and Refunds
Policy Exchange returns
Items eligible for refund/exchange:
Condition of the watch is not as described/advertised. The watch is defective or damaged.
Items not eligible for a refund/exchange:
FINAL SALE Items.
Items that were worn and damaged. Requested Items/ Sourced Specific Timepieces.
Please note that the item being returned must be in the same condition as when it was sold in order to qualify for a refund. You must save all of the original packaging in which the items were delivered. Please return all of the products that came with the original box. We also ask that you carefully bundle your return to avoid any damage during reshipment to El Russo and Co. If all of the elements are present.
Once we get the item, it will be evaluated for evidence of wear or damage that could affect your refund. Following the conclusion of the inspection, a refund will be issued. Refunds are made to the original payment method. In the odd event that a return shipment is lost in transit, an insurance claim will be filed, and a reimbursement will be granted only once the claim is completed.
